We hope that you are happy with your order, but if for some reason you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know. If you are not happy you can return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt. This does not include made to measure or personalised items. Send an email titled ‘Mu Du Return/Exchange’ to enquiries@mudu.co.uk and let us know that your item(s) are on their way. We accept return or exchanges for all unworn items within 14 calendar days of the shipping date.
You must send your unworn hat back to us at the following address Mu Du, 14 St James Road, Surrey KT6 4QH.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase. Please include your full name, email and postal address within your return and remember to pay the correct postage costs. Any returns sent with the incorrect postage stamps will not reach us and therefore your refund will not be completed.

Returns are not accepted for custom-made hats.
